All of their cards seem to have different CLI criteria. Total Rewards Visa and J. Crew tend to give increases before the card even arrives, then every month or 2. Express is 8-9 months. I dont know about the particular cards you are asking about though.

I got an Ann Taylor an a HSN increase at the 7th month mark.
