I know this has been discussed before... but weird... here is my relationship with Comenity:
Express (opened 10/2014) - Starting $350 - $400 CLI 04/2015 - $400 CLI 06/2015
J Crew (opened 10/2014) - Starting $450 - $600 CLI by 04/2015
HSN (opened 11/2014) - Starting $750 - No Increases
Buckle (opened 01/2015) - Starting $250 - $400 CLI 07/2015
Ann Taylor (opened 04/2015) - Starting $250 - No Increases
Overstock (opened 04/2015) - Starting $750 - $200 Instantly - $200 05/2015
Basically each of these started off great. Between 04/2015 and end of 2015 I paid off all chargeoffs and have nothing negative on my report. My FICOs went from 600 to anywhere between 635-640 on TransUnion and Equifax from 580 to 615. Since July when I got an increase on Buckle, Comenity will not give me an increase on anything.
I have Overstock, Ann Taylor, JCrew and Buckle at zero balances right now and a 50% balance on Express and HSN. My overall Utilization is 10% across all my credit accounts. I continue to get great lines with Synchrony... just not sure why Comenity is putting the brakes on me when everything is growing elsewhere including FICOs.
I want to close the accounts out of principle ... but they are some of my oldest accounts under my rebuild.

My monthly - used to be like clockwork - Overstock CLI dried up in November.
Not sure what conclusions to draw, but it does seem like some cards have slowed or stopped regular CLI's. I can add the following data:
J Crew - stalled out for about 4-5 months, but this month got 9 x $400
Wayfair - regular as clockwork, get $400 every month
Overstock - regular, get $400 every month
Barney's - initial CL of $3k, got 4 x $3k upon receipt for $15k total, and never another CLI after that (about 5-6 months). Hope it starts up again, but I don't think I'd push it much past $20k so it's close already
VS/MC - never a CLI on any of them, but haven't had any of them for more than a couple months
My recommendation, if they are cards that you use just keep them as they might start up again. If you don't use them then let them go.
