Received a Comenity Pre-approved letter for the Eddie Bauer Store card. Tells me to go to the comenity website and enter my pre-approval number. Once I get there, its a normal application with full SS# and income, etc. It doesn't prefill in any info or anything. I'm taking that this is a sign of a HP. Would I be correct? And I've tried to get the SCT to work but never have for Eddie Bauer site.
