Has anyone gotten a Comenity card APR reduced? 24.99 isn't sustainable, although I'm happy to buy a bag of stuff and PIF if it's a store I have a use for.

Almost no store cards offer tiers in interest rate,... although a couple of comenity visa brand cards do have tiers the store cards like Victoria Secret do not... not sure why the apr isn't sustainable, the point is not to carry a balance and then it won't matter.
