I have the PNC card with $7500 CL. Got it March 2009 I think. They pulled TU for me when I got it.  No experience with their customer service or CLI request.  It's nice if you have a checking account with them (I do) because you can get VISA Extras rewards for using it.

I don't know about the others but PNC was the first credit card I got since DMP.  The also offered me a 0% no fee BT for 15 month and they actually just sent me a check which I used to PIF my 2 remaining non-DMP accounts.  It was in relaltity a 15 month no fee cash advance.  I still have the CL (10k) I started with so I can't speak for their CLI policy.  They pulled TU for me.

have been with pnc a long time very good credit card cl is at 23000.00 about a year ago they sent promo for bt 2.99 for life of loan which  i took , great card
