I think my Express Next is due for a increase. Is it better to call robolady or call on line. Or doesn't matter.

It's the same either way. I do it online using the "Request Credit Limit Increase" button.

I didn't get an increase in mine for around 9 months. It grows slowly. All my requests were online though

From all I've seen too, I agree with the others, Express is on the 9 month CLI pattern.

I request increases online via the request button for all Comenity cards. Specifically Express I've done it 3 times in last 15 months with CLI each time.
