Contemplating first BT need some help please

If I initiate these BTs through BOAs website what info do I  need handy to input the information? Just bank name and account #? How long will theses take to proces?. I may wait to pay the next BOA bill as is, maybe knocking off close to 1k... Let it cut and then thransfer the others. I just want to make sure I have enough time to do that before the other payments would normally be due.

Did you see the part about moving the existing balance off BofA to CapOne? Is that already on a low APR offer, or what is the APR?

It can take about a week to complete these transfers. Just do the minimum payment on the From card, and that will take care of any payment obligation you have in the short term. The BT amount should be something less than the total open balance on each From card. You can pick off the remainder after the dust settles. The BT does not have to be 100.00% of the From card balance.

I saw the part about Cap one but my Cap one card BT offer is still at a percentage so I'm a bit confused on how what you said will benefit me. I'm probably missing something here so my apologies if its a stupid question.

I understand now what you were describing. Thanks for a new vantage point on that that I never considered. How long must one wait ( or does it to really matter?) to transfer from one lender to another then back again?
