Converting Chase Freedom Visa to Chase Freedom Signature Visa

I have requested, thru sm, converting my Chase Freedom Visa to a Signature Visa. The response back was yes.

A couple statements were made that I hope someone could help me with.

- You will lose all active features on the account once
the request is processed.

- Please keep in mind that when you change to a Visa
Signature card, from a Visa Non-Signature card, the
benefits will be different.

.

Are these a negative?

- Please keep in mind that when you change to a Visa

benefits will be different. Of course they would be different, you're upgrading to an enhanced level of benefits (albeit not a huge leap) but they may provide some value to you
