Costco and Amex

So I have one simple question does cost in NJ only take Amex card. Well if my card is Amex but from another bank or CU does costco take?

Any Amex card whether CU or centurion issued.  Also take debit cards

I know they take debit so I guess I can use the PenFed Amex

Correct.   Any card using the AMEX network is currently accepted at Costco.   I've used my Macy's Amex in-store without issue.
