So I look at that 7% bonus just like I look at the American Express BCP's 6% cash back on Groceries. It is there because it sounds extremely impressive, and nobody actually does the math these days...
7% bonus only applies to CSP spending, just like 10% bonus only applies to Freedom.
It also applies to the UR mall spending done through your CSP account.
And yes, it isn't a whole lot. If you accrued 30k points in a year, you would miss your bonus of 2100 points. Certainly not make or break.
