In theory,  the Garden Club is for those who are RECOVERING from their app addiction, and this thread is those who are ACTIVE in their app addiction.  We're all addicts - it's just a question of whether we are part of the problem or part of the solution.  As can be seen in the Garden Club thread, there are many tales of relapse!
