Credit App spree

I am not sure if things have changed, but my VA home loan was with USAA. They were the one's who approved the car and credit card two days after I closed. I was told not to purchase anything or apply until my loan closed and has funded.  For what its worth, my loan funded the same day as closing and I received my earnest money back and my Keys.  Plus, USAA gave me $950 for using their movers advantage/ real estate agent 

Even with the additional credit my DTI will still be good. The only thing that would carry a new balance will be a car loan because credit cards only post the balance.

Poops,

Had 8 inquires on EQ 3 on Trans and 4 on Ex before I applied for cards and auto loans.  My utilization is 14 percent. I have citi flex LOC 3000, HSBC 1500, HSBC 1300, Capital One 2500, Chase 2500, Military Star Card 8700, Military Take It Home 4900 and 3 retail store cards. Net income yearly is 52000.  One medical collection 301 posted 2009 paid in full Nov 2011.  Scores were Eq 656, Trans 669, and 675 when Home Loan Application was approved Oct 27. Last check at scores Eq 656, Trans 662, and Ex?

Congrats thats one heck of a credit spree.. I was going to ask  the ball park figure on your annual income(even though it's not my business)  sounds like you got some nice CL's for your fico score. Great job!

Yes, that is my EQ score from here.  I have one medical collection reporting a zero balance. I have had Penfed membership for 7 years. My utilization is 14% and I have never missed a credit payment in my 9 year history. Paid 3 auto loans and I had 20000 in credit before this App spree. Plus my income is very stable and I have large reserves. I guessed all that helped.
