My WM Credit Card account was closed without notice. When i called customer service they told me that they have closed the account because there was no activity or usage of this card in last 12 months. Can someone please tell me how should i handle this. I did not wanted this account to be closed, my credit score is in very good standing and i was ready to apply for car loan.
Is there anything i can do to reinstate this credit card without affecting credit score and without adding enquiry to my credit report.
Hello Priyadarshini, welcome to the forums. Call and ask if they will reopen it (and use it every couple of months and PIF). Ask them if it's going to be a hard or soft INQ.
