My BK was processed on 4/30/2007 and Dismissed 02/2010.
Will the BK delete off my report in 2013?
Because it was dismissed it allowed creditors to come after me for the original balance but can you tell me the statue of limitations for until what date if they were in this BK they can try to collect and put stuff on my report? Filed in Kentucky, but a CA resident from 2010 to current.
I know this si some BK stuff, but the credit card stuff is more important to me so thought I would post here.
