Set up an online account with one or more of the numerous WFNNB backed cards.. Input all your correct personal info and phone number. Put a few items in your account and go to checkout. When you checkout  they will usually soft your credit report and if you meet the store cards standards you will get a box that says you've been preapproved for a card, they offer you a credit line, and to click to accept. If you accept, you get the account with no hard inquiry. You do not have to complete the transaction.

ah okay. so like for example:  I go to express.com and create an account.  then checkout and it will do it?  Or i have to go to WFFNB website and set up an account there, then go to express.com and checkout and wait for a pre apporval?

do they need a SSN?

Do you know what WFFNB/WFNNB stands for?  I just guessed Wells Fargo First Nationla Bank, i'd be surpirzed if i guessed right

Correct, just go to the website, and click check out. If you match the criteria, a pop up will show up. They don't need social... It stands for Wells Fargo..

It does not. It stands for World Financial Network National Bank.

Edit: Okay...just reread this page of the thread...WFFNB is Wells Fargo Financial National Bank, WFNNB is World Financial Network National Bank....These are two different entities as far as I know.
