So little background of my situation, Applied for quite a few cards recently
Amex - Approved 2000
Amazon Chase - Denied
Capital one Quicksilver - Denied
Bank Americard - Denied
So i racked up atleast 4 to 5 inquiries in the past month and my fico for walmart is a 710 (july). The only thing that has not happened yet is my Amex has not reported to the CA's ... Since the inquiries are automatically added and count towards credit report right away, My fico might only drop a few more points when my Amex reports right?
Hope my score doesnt tank horribly but i am definately done apping for a while.. those denials hurt my heart 
It depends on when you applied ( I guess before July 2 nd) and your AAOA. If it drops to less than 1yr when Amex is added, you will probably see a larger ding. Thicker files usually can absorb 1 new acct.
Your Cards
Capital One Secured visa 09/2012 (416.00) - I assume you keep this for your AAoA.
OneStopPlus.com Store card 02/2013 (750.00) - No need to change this.
Walmart Store Card 02/2013 (850.00) - I hate Walmart (Its a freak show in their stores) but maybe call the GE backdoor number and try a sp cli
Discover IT 02/2013 (1000.00) -- Call the backdoor number and see if you can get a CLI. If they say no, ask to talk to the Disc IT credit analyst.
Chase Freedom 02/2013 (3000.00) - Let it sit til its 6 months old minimum, then ask for a CLI. Chase recon dept is awesom.
AmEx Blue Cash Everyday 06/2013 (3000.00)- 3xCLI in 61 days
I would stop apping for anything else and just grow what you have. You have decent cards and if you convince them that you only want to play in their sandboxes, ALL of them will show you some nice luv as far as CLIs. This will help your AAoA by not incurrring any new inquiries. 
The small hit you will take on AAoA for the Amex is well worth it for the BCE.
Congrats on AMEX BCE! Time to hit the garden for a bit and let those accounts age.

I noticed you didn't mention attempting recon on any of these cards. Did you try to no avail?
