Re: Credit Limit Increase

This varies a lot by issuer.  Is there a specific card you are looking to increase?

CLIs are never a given. I've gotten a couple from Walmart. $300 last nov to $3500 this month. Usually not when I asked for them, though.

from what I've read, discover is a little harder on CLIs. I dont know that would work with them. Amex could work. It really depends largely on what they see when they soft you. Usaa gives high CLs, so that might work. Again, it's largely going to depend on your credit report... Low Util, no baddies, high AAoA, etc.

cap one, I wouldn't hold my breath, but you never know.
