Credit Limit isn't showing

On my BoA and Chase cards it doesn't look they are reporting my CL.... I haven't pulled a full report, but my ScoreWatch indicators show that they aren't reporting?

I have a new BoA Amex card I got in February and a Continental Presidential Club card I just got in July of this year. In Scorewatch they show the card and the balance, but not the CL. Any idea why?
