I did once with Quicken Citi back in 1999... They opened with $5k and 6 months later increased to $6k and I called and told them to go back to $5... of course then a couple months later I found myself out of town and wanting the $6k back and it was not an option... Learned my lesson, NEVER CLD by yourself, only if bank does it and that would be bad!
