I got into a yelling match with 3 of the reps over the course of 2 hours because Credit One did not report the month of March 2016....I hung up on them and than the next day I get a call from a supervisior saying he was sorry for the treatment I got from those three reps so he gave me a CLI of 200 dollars no fee and I only had the card for 2.5 months....
