What a great week!!! First I got a CLI from Credit One from $300 to $450 and now I just got an email that I get 1% back on gas! It's not much but I am happy, never thought I would get rewards on a subprime card. Anyone else heard of this?
Also on Monday I was able to open a Tires Plus CC with a $1200 limit, with 6 months no interest on my new tires! That's my highest limit yet! I must be doing something right!
1% back on gas from a Credit One CC??? I have never heard of this did the rep tell you it was something new? Congrats on CLI and Tires Plus CC thats a great CL and offer!
You sure are. You're doing well. Be careful.
You are roughly where I was three years ago. Looking at your signature, you've got ten cards...TWO of which MIGHT grow with you.
If you don't NEED any more accounts, I suggest you stop applying for exactly one year...keep your utilization low...and this time NEXT year, you'll be ready for Citi, Chase, B of A, Amex...and other "real" credit cards.
Best of luck!
BearsAndTurtlesRtheBest I checked the email a second time just to make sure and I logged into my account and I got $0.34 back from my gas purchase last month!
tcbofade thank you for the advicce, the only card I was able to get was Fingerhut and then Matrix. I got the store cards using the shopping cart trick and made a small purchase to start but now all sit mostly unused. I can't wait for some good prime cards! I am gardening just came out because my tires so badly needed replaced.

No worries, I promise, I'm NOT yelling at you... (or swinging a baseball bat...cough, cough) I am just telling you information that I WISH I knew a few years ago!
I'm a BIG fan of zero percent interest deals...will you be able to pay them off in six months?
Credit One Rewards =
Oh wow well thats better than no rewards!
