Credit One closed BUT reporting question

My DH closed his Credit One account.  I know, yay for him lol  I was an AU because it was his oldest open account (2 yrs)  His scores and mine dropped 14 points over closing this card because they closed it with the status:  PAID LOAN!  ...................WTH!!!  How do we fix this?  Everyone knows that the scoring modules dont liked loans paid off and Credit one apparently knows it too.  grrrrrrrrr

Wow. Hard to believe. I just closed my Credit One card 2 weeks ago so now you have me a little scared. Especially given I keep logging into my account and it still shows open w/zero balance.

You should be fine.. Mine showed as Paid Loan, but now shows as paid etc.. See Screen shots.

@creditcuriousity what score monitoring system are you using? Don't mean to thread jack OP.
