Yes, it does. I can't remember the exact amount, but it's the difference between my limit and my last checked balance (so nothing out of the ordinary). My balance is a bit high at the moment, but I thought it was probably a smart move to take advantage of a few balance transfers as there's no interest for 21 months, no interest on the balances that were transferred, and the transfer fee was less than Discover's (I have the More). I also intend to pay off most of the balance with my tax refund.
