Credit Sesame Flunked Id Questions!

Well, I just tried to sign up with Credit Sesame. I know I answered the ID questions right, but I was locked out. It's telling me my address is now blocked and to contact support. I just sent an email.

 

Just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone. Maybe Chrome was the culprit? I know I answered them right!! lol

Are you sure that the right info is on file?  I always use Chrome and never have issues with those questions on any site.

Yes, all of my reports only reflect one address. Two out of the three questions asked (ID) had nothing to do with me.
