Credit applications - History question

I was just reading another thread about credit cards and BK.  It brought a question to mind for me.  Some applications ask if your credit history is free of BK.  If you have a BK that has fallen off, can you say that it is free of BK on the app?

Yes your credit history is actually what is being reported on your CRs not what has been excluded or dropped due to age.
