Credit limit increase policy compilation

I thought I would create a list for future reference, given how frequently the same questions are repeated. I don't know all banks' policies, so please fill in folks Smiley Happy

Amex: SP, up to 3x, every 6 months (60 days since opening for the first time)

Bank of America: HP, sometimes SP

Barclaycard?

Capital One?

Chase: HP

Citi: SP if automatically eligible; HP for more

Discover: SP if automatically eligible; HP for more

General Eletric Capital Retail Bank?

US Bank?

Wells Fargo?

Barclay is HP if initiated by customer, if I'm not wrong.

Us bank and Wells Fargo can be SP or HP.
