I've had my card over a year. I have a current offer for a $100 CLI (it will cost me $19.95 if I accept). No, thanks.

hahahaha that is a joke, really. I did read that in the agreement but I had to laugh...I was like, really? I thought maybe they would do increases automatically without charging the fee.
This card will be gone by next September.

I get a CLI from CreditOne every 6 months. Because of this, I think they are a great rebuilder card.

Are you able to get an increase without paying the fee?

There is always a fee for a CLI with CreditOne. Its worth keeping a few years during rebuiding. Then close it as you qualify for better cards with higher limits.

I love my CreditOne card, but hate it at the same time....it has a 50k limit, but after the annual fee, I end up with $1 in available credit....

Yes, they increase your credit line. I have had three automatic cli without any fee for the increases over the past 20 months. It's been an OK card, and will droping them in a few months as I'm gardening any cards with AF, this and Cap1 Best Buy will be toast in a few months.

LOL sounds like First Premier but it wasn't a joke for me. $200 limit and a $179 annual fee already added on when card was activated leaving me $21 on the card WOOHOO! and a 79% interest rate (5-6 years ago) also $6 to pay my bills online -_-;
but with any company you can probably get the credit limit increase fee waived if you threaten to cancel the card.
