Creditor document requests

Which creditors want to see tax forms or other types of income/employment verification?

In the past, I had to fax/mail things to AMEX and Cap One and (of all places) First Premier.

Any others?

Someone once mentioned Chase asking for paystubs-i think it was for identity verification

Any creditor can ask for these items. CUs are more known to ask for them right off the bat, in my opinion.
