Creditors that use Soft Pull For CLI

Apolgies if this has been asked before...in the same vein as the backdoor numbers thread. Is there a list of creditors and their analysts numbers that will work with you on CLI using soft pills only?

Thanks!

Darryl

Call and ask each of your creditors. They will tell you. My experience so far and I have asked all 10. I haven't got a hard pull as of yet.

From my lenders:
Cap One
Amex
Citi
Discover (ymmv) My first CLI needed a HP. They will tell you if they need a HP
Barclay (ymmv) Need to have an offer that could only be obtained by calling.
Chase (HP if you want it first) Invitation only SP
US Bank REI (Other cards ymmv)
