i got pre approved credit score 700 all credit cards paid . My highest line of credit is 3500 which is my Jared card . The card is 2k capital one . Think I will get approved ?
As long as you haven't opened 5 or more cards in the last 2 years I would go for it. Chase's pre-qualifier is pretty solid.

If you are pre-approved and your credit profile supports it, you will get approved.
Just apply for it already!
