They just called me. It was my reports being frozen. Gave them the pin and they were able to pull. Duncanrr, I think they have to be "referred" bc of our out of state addresses according to the Rep. They also are requesting "proof" that I belong to my qualifying organization before they approve. ill bet anything that's what it is with yours too. Do you have your membership card?

hmmm thats very peculiar...i wonder why it went from approved-pending to referred all the sudden...hopefully they are just verifying all your documents and such and just need a little more time. Fingers corossed for the both of us!!!!
