It does usually take some time, this long there may be an issue with the loophole getting in.

True. But my loophole is legally valid. Does PSECU receive any state funding or are they completely private?

It hasn't been denied yet. They are probably trying to figure out what to do with it.

I think they were just busy setting up my account - my CL is already showing in my account page! That was fast!!!!!
