Customer Service Rankings

Okay...so i've been seeing a lot of threads about customer service for various CCC so i thought i'd start a thread ranking them based on personal experience. If you'd like, list the cards you have with the CCC because I know some companies have different departments for different cards.

Here's my ranking - 

Top  - 

1. Chase (Sapphire Preferred) - love the live person right away

2. Discover (More) - they always seem very informed, polite, no bad experiences

3. Amex (BCE/Zync/Gold) -  they've been inconsistent in the past but still one of the best

4. Barclays - eh, their decent, no issues.

Bottom - 

999,999,999,999 - Capital One - lol i dislike them a trillion times over, that's all to it. from the robotic off shore CS to their terrible limits.

1. Amex Cent - Person within 3 seconds. Never been transfered.

2. Sapphire Preferred - Very good experience whenever I called.

3. Discover - Easy credit limit increase without hassle.

My top: Amex Plat and Discover. Almost every time is great service. The others I have I cant say the same. Some calls are good, some not.
