DCU CC CLI under Auto Loan?

I have applied for an auto loan with DCU (Digital Federal Credit Union) and they appoved me, i heard that you can request a CLI on your credit card using that same hard pull they did for the auto loan, as long as its whithin 30 days , is that true? if so , how to i request and what the success rate ? Currently at $5K with them.

Yes I've heard that an HP is good for 30 days for credit products. You go in and reapply for the card for a CLI.
