Thanks for commenting and I'm sorry for the late response! I'm staying positive about the apps though since I have heard they work with rebuilders
Now, NFCU, approved no problems. I'm a member with them for the chance for life. I guess, even CU's are weird!
Yea sorry about that jbunton and I would pissed if that happened to me. For every 100 people that rave about a CC there is always at least one person whose experience doesn't match the others. Maybe its the luck of which u/w you get, but I know how you feel being on the other end of the stick because I have been there myself with other CC's. Maybe you could try to recon again and hopefully get someone else who will listen to you. As for inquiries their stupid system should have caught that first instead of giving you an instant approval and that's what I'd be basing my discussion on as well as your credit history.

Yours says declined and then funded. So you didn't get it? But you got the membership?
Correct. My scores are between 660-697, I don't remember what with each, but I know Equifax is my highest. Recent inquiries over a month is perhaps five and I explained to them... trying to get rid of smaller cards for more prime/high limits. But, it's okay, I just won't apply with them again, well at least for awhile. From what I hear Barclay's is inquiry sensitive too, but those are my longest CC cards prior to NFCU.

Ditto, it is what it is.
The DL issue other people have run into. That's when they have issues verifying your address. Be prepared to send in utility bills stating that address as well, as others have had.
For me, I applied for membership online and got my member number. I then applied for the auto loan online and used my member number in the field. I called in an hour later and got approved (660 EQ). While on the phone with the loan servicing dept, they offered me the VISA, which I had planned on going after as well. She added that account to my pending loans section and told me to upload my paystub there as well. I did, and it was funded within 12 hours, I'm currently waiting on it in the mail. As far as my auto loan goes, I uploaded my paystubs right away, then yesterday uploaded the purchase and sales agreement from the dealer yesterday. I just received the check today.
| Chase Freedom $9500 DCU Visa $10000 Capital One QS $2000 AMEX BCE $3000 | Lowe's CC $8500 WalMart CC $3100 BOA Platinum $600 AMEX Gold NPSL |
Those are decent scores so Im very suprised you got denied. I have about 4 recent inquires sooo im a little worried. I was just hoping DCU would be gracious and give me a good CL since "low CL on revolving balances" seems to be a negative me for me.
I think I may upload pay stubs now since I have the oppurtunity to do so on their site. That way there is no miscommunication there.

Well! I hope you get the card you so desire! it's exciting getting a high limit card. Finally... got mine, NFCU, only $5,000.00 but it's double my highest CL.
