DCU online and credit cards

okay so on from my INQ gasp... form has been uploaded.

1. When I go online under "Apply for a loan" and I see "current promotions" If I was pre-approved I would see it in here right?

2. I click to apply and it says it's loading that system and does not work... I assume today I should take that as a sign not to apply... but whats the deal, that's the place right?!

I tried Firefox instead and it gave an internet error.

Are you logged in as a member or are you going straight from the home page?

Ok, I  tried it by going through the home page, using the drop down to credit cards and hit the apply button.  After entering my email address and going through a few screens of verification I get this screen

I got it now, I needed to go in as not a returning applicant but as new applicant!
