Its interesting to note down CRAs WILL report AUs the same as they do now with a different code for scoring purposes (NULL)
FICO 08 will NOT be factored with AU accounts on CRAs but the coding probably has a lot of glitching since hundreds of different lenders classify AU differently on CRAs for millions of consumers.
CRAs arent violating any laws - all accounts will be listed on your reports just your score will not be the same..
