DISCOVER CSR!!!

wow i had to call discover today because i messed up and put the wrong CC# for my BT and they were really really nice and changed for me and it showed up already. i was shocked by how nice they are. this card is taking place of my zync card in my wallet. 


In my wallet: AMEX Gold; Freedom $1.5k; CSP $5k; Chase United $5k; Discover $2k

Discover is amazing Ive noticed!! Look for a customer service survey in your email... So you can fill it out :-). I had one in mine after a call and gave them a glowing review; they deserved it, just like Crapital One deserved te bad review I gave them :-p hahaa

They are definitely the nicest CSR group I've dealt with, be it only once or twice. They just seem so genuine... even if they probably aren't! I felt like the rep actually felt bad that my BT offer had expired and I had to wait for a new one to be available to me!

Ah! The CSR I spoke with recently said they do promos all the time...so I'd just check back frequently :-)
