Well, Ron, did you create your Shoe Lover account (if not already) ?

I walked through and there was no pop-up and ended up at a screen that appeared to want payment information. I wasn't ready to buy shoes just to see if they turn around and offer me a card, so I closed that window.

On a couple of occasions I've apped for a Comenity card and all they did was an "AR" (Account Review).  The only HPs I have on my files are from their BillMeLater accounts (I have two, one is the NewEgg powered by BML)
