When i applied, I had 7 credit cards with 5 months of history and 82 inquiries on EQ. What do you have to lose? The DCU bandwagon is hot.

Yes, Checxsys is more important to them then FICO score!

Remember they use EQ-04 scores.

Chexsystems is essentially a Credit Bureau that deals strictly with checking and savings accounts.  The only information reported is negative.  Such as bouncing a check, overdfrating an account, etc.  Also it will include inquires from accounts that have been opened.  Information remains on your account for 5 years.  You can get a free copy mailed to you from their website.
