New to chase freedome.. my question is... Unlike discover it card, the last quarter (which is now before 31st) is for department store and amazon.. so it means I can only get 5% cashback by shopping online at amazon or physically go to department stores such as Nordstrom and Macys??? Or I can also shop online at macys.com??

Just thought of another question..
I added my mom as an AU at the time when I applied the card because I wanted to get that 25 bonus by adding an AU and have her use the card once within the first three months of opening..
My question is.. two cards are excatly identical.. how would chase ever know that she uses it if she does??
my fidelity Amex AU card also has the same account number but with a different security code.. but chase even share the same security code.. ...
