Hey GA, what's going on?

Waiting for final clearance! Then time to get utilities turned on at the new house. Finding painters is rather annoying because no one wants a job between Christmas and New Years

Hey starry, how's it going?

Great, thanks!  I'm a little giddy right now.  This morning I've been researching mortgages online and its exciting to be qualified all by myself!  I could even do it this year with a no down payment loan, but I'm still setting my sights on late 2015 to 2016 when I'll have $10k or more saved up.  The property prices in my neighborhood have skyrocketed this year, so I'll wait and see if the market levels out.

Yeah, I can see how that would be a pain. But yay on the house almost being done!

What an awesome feeling to look at mortgages and see that you could pull it off. Where all are you thinking of buying a home?

That's excellent! Knowing you can do it on your own is a great feeling!

Great progress!  I'm sending warm thoughts your way.  I remember how excited I was to qualify for a mortgage by myself.

I am assuming that they have an alloted time to vacate?
