I totally get it. I had the card for 14 months with regular use and because I was late one month by 7 days with a balance of $40 ( that I honestly overlooked) they refused to unsecure and stated I would have to wait 12 more months. I already have the Costco had the Sears until recently so I saw no need to wait and closed the card. And yes they were rude all the way up to the manager I spoke with at EEO

Sorry to hear that the thing with Citi didn't work out.  Was closely following to see how it worked out for you.  I burned Citi and Chase, so I don't see them ever being forgiving towards me.

 

It is very inspiring that you're able to let go and move forward.  Keep reaching for the  sky.  Your profile is wonderful.  It's Citi's lost.
