Awesome!
Called again to check up on it, make sure all was well....Rep said I was approved for a $5,000 limit at 16.99 APR. Better than the initial $3,000 I was told. I will wait for the paperwork now and see for sure what I got. The rep also said I get 10k points after $2k spend in 6 months, then another 10k points after another $2k spend in the second 6 months. I don't see that promo on their site. So I must have found that offer elsewhere. Hopefully the terms are more clear than the overseas rep. Be cool if it is in fact a $5k limit
NICE....
YOU ARE TOTALLY ROCKING NOW!! hahaha
This is like one of the only Citi success recon stories I've ever read.. besides one on planetfeeback hahah.
Its all about saying the right thing to the right person

Thanks, I joined this forum and it made me want to app. At least it was a successful app spree. I went from $11,000 in available credit to $26,500. I added four new accounts. I think with just over a year of credit history, I am headed in the right direction.

Holy crap! Even better than the first! Too bad I burned them back in college, 11 years ago, I'd got for them...Well, after I leave the garden in a year or so.
Citi Recon is possible you just have to go through their executive offices
