Delta-Northwest Airlines Skymiles Debit Card?

Anyone know when the Delta SKymiles debit card program rolls out?  Most of the websites point to Jone 2009.

 

Nice to get points when I'm buying stuff with my own money.

I have not heard of any debit card so far. Where did you hear about it? Do you have any link or location where we can look up for more information on it.
