the site for experian works well, but for trans union it always asks me to pay after I log in. Any advice? I'd prefer to do this online

You should be able to get it from here. It's the link from the Equifax site for individuals who have been denied credit:

Thanks. I tried to do an online dispute but I had all sorts of errors where they said I had to fill out this webmail form. Has anyone else had this same issue?
