Re: Denied BCE, How Soon For Zync?

Personally, I think you are fine to app for zync once 31 days are here. No need to wait. 723 more than good enough and you don't have fluff in your credit file (bunch of au accounts).

I wouldn't wait for CreditKarma. They go off on LOLUnion and that might take forever.

Even if it's too soon, won't it just spit out another rejection without a credit pull?

That's true too. However may reset 31 day clock.

You guys lost me on this one. How would it not be a credit pull? Provided he is past the 31 day mark.

I assume he was asking if before 31 days. Rejection would be based on internal filters so no credit pulled.

Re: Denied BCE, How Soon For Zync?

You're right, my AAoA is 1 year 1 month and I forgot about that rule that it cannot be less than 1 year. Hopefully the cards start reporting soon so I can apply for the Zync. If accepted for the Zync I would like to have the BCE before the mortgage so should I try and app for that 6 months after Zync or wait longer until a year before the mortgage?

When you refer to fluff such as au accounts, I'm assuming that is authorized users? My PenFed is cosigned with my mother, does that matter?

Nope. Cosign=you are responsible. Au=not your problem.

Re: Denied BCE, How Soon For Zync?

Thanks! Now hypothetically, if I were to get approved for the Zync soon when would be the best time to apply for the BCE again. Wait 6 months after Zync approval which would put me in January, or wait until a year before the mortgage so about April/May? Either way, won't the BCE be backdated to 2012?
