Well, as of yesterday the application has been "In Progress". 

Today, I got a Hard Inquiry on my report. I am a little annoyed because the CSR I spoke to said that if I sent in my updated Experian report, I would not recieve a hard inquiry. I sent in TWO reports! If I am denied again, I will be furious. I wouldn't have recon'd if I was going to get a hard pull.

CSRs are notoriously misinformed about credit topics like inquiries, and also when and how their companies pull your reports.   A Recon with any creditor will almost always result in an additional hard pull of your credit.
