Denied for too many inquires in the past 2 years?

Only bank who was mentioned total number of inqs and denied me because of that is chase.

I've seen Citi get its nerves up when they see too many inqs.. As for chase, I don't think they mind.

another thing. if a inquiry ages over the two year mark, does it fall off right away or is it like an end of the month thing?

I've had some that fell of towards the beginning of the month, some on or around the day they reached two years, and some that have dropped at the end of the month. I'm not sure how the CRAs are actually set up to handle this, but I've just come to expect that an inq should fall off sometime very close its two year anniversary mark.
