They've blacklisted you because of your poor payment history on your old Walmart card. The good news is that a few years down the road, GECRB might be willing to work with you again. I've heard of people getting of their blacklist, unlike Citi or Chase.

I was late 4x on my last walmart card but I've had another ge cards I've closed with no lates ever. It was a job pay issue, wish I found this site before then. I wonder if it is a walmart bl or a ge bl all together?
